Role Summary

Requirements/Qualifications

• Possess a Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Management, CIM, SLIM, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the private higher education sector.
• Proven track record of successfully following up on leads and achieving assigned sales and enrollment targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Result-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated with a persuasive personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Sinhala will be an added advantage.
• Ability to provide professional guidance and counseling to prospective students and parents.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to work on weekends.
