Key Responsibilities

Academic Heads

• Lead and oversee all academic operations within the programmes.
• Ensure curriculum quality, accreditation compliance, and academic standards.
• Supervise and mentor academic staff.
• Drive research initiatives and academic innovation.
• Monitor student progress, retention, and academic performance.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic academic planning.
• Represent the department in academic and professional forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

Academic Heads

• Master's Degree in related field (A PhD would be considered as an added advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of academic leadership experience.
• Teaching experience in higher education.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated research and publication record.
• Commitment to academic excellence and innovation.

Academic Coordinators

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field (A Master's Degree would be considered as an added advantage).
• Minimum 1 year experience in academic coordination or teaching.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Coordinate curriculum and academic activities.
• Support faculty in teaching and assessment.
• Monitor student progress and ensure academic quality.
