Executive / Lecturer - Production & IE

Role Summary

The Executive / Lecturer - Production & IE is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students at Brandix Corporate Campus (BCC). The role includes conducting lectures, assessing student performance, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting academic operations such as student interviews, course scheduling, and exam management to ensure smooth program execution and an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and workshops using industry-relevant teaching methods and digital tools for diploma programs in Fashion, Apparel, and Textiles.
• Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to support students’ academic, personal, and professional development.
• Manage academic operations including student selection, timetabling, attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and examination coordination.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring alignment with industry trends and developing new courses and learning materials.
• Support student engagement and institutional growth through industry exposure activities, career guidance, faculty collaboration, and assigned administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Textile and Apparel, Apparel Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in an IE/Production-related role.
• Prior teaching or training experience in apparel education is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with academic management, assessment processes, and student engagement strategies.
