Role Summary

The Faculty of Business Management invites committed and forward-thinking academics to contribute fresh perspectives, pursue impactful research, and inspire the next generation of learners across the following disciplines: Accounting and Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain & Operations Management, and Travel and Tourism Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, design curriculum, and prepare course materials.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities.
• Work closely with the department head to create industry learning opportunities and exposure for students.
• Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

Senior Lecturer

• Doctoral degree with specialization in the relevant field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in teaching at university level, industry experience, or research in a recognized institution.

Lecturer

• Bachelor's Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in the relevant field.
• Two-year Master's Degree with a research component in the relevant field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in teaching at university level, industry experience, or research in a recognized institution.

Lecturer (Probationary)

• Bachelor's Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in the relevant field.
• Completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master's degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in teaching at university level, professional experience, or research in a recognized institution.

Lecturer (Probationary-S)

• Bachelor's Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in the relevant field.
• Completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master's degree in the relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in teaching at university level, professional experience, or research in a recognized institution.

Teaching Assistant

• Bachelor's Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in the relevant field.
• Professional qualifications in the relevant field and prior lecturing/industry experience in data-driven analytics will be an added advantage.
