Account Executive cum Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer invoicing, accounts receivable & collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) records.
• Prepare VAT, SSCL, and other statutory tax schedules.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Fully qualified in AAT and/ or partially qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or a similar accounting system.
• Sound knowledge of accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Having a valid motorcycle riding licence will be an added advantage.
