Client Relations Executive

Role Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a professional, engaging, and memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share project information, brochures, pricing, floor plans, and payment plans with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Respond to Social Media and direct customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand image through all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers after meetings and site visits.
  • Prepare weekly follow-up reports and customer activity summaries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in speaking English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

Salary/Benefits

Rs. 90,000 - 110,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
