Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Be in-charge of the Department, while ensuring smooth and efficient daily accounting operations.
• Drive accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strong financial governance.
• Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key management decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance overall financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a recognized professional qualification such as CVA, CIMA, or ACCA (full or part qualification).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, statutory requirements, and financial control systems.
• High level of integrity and accountability, with the ability to work independently.

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Support the monthly salary preparation of workers.
• Handle insurance, leasing, and related statutory payments such as EPF/ETF.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance and accounting matters.

Requirements:

• Part qualification in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or any other similar professional qualification.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location

Corporate Office in Yakkala, Gampaha.
