Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive (Female) to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Part qualification in AAT / CMA / CA
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• LC handling, costing handling & preparing quotation.
• Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, identifying potential customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage financial processes, including timely payment collection and resolving related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and challenges to support retention.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports with performance insights.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
