Requirements

• AAT/any other professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Working knowledge in MS office packages.
• Ability to work 5 and a half days per week.
• Fluency in English/Sinhala/Tamil.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing import orders, including planning and execution.
• Preparing and reviewing required documentation, such as bills of lading.
• Collaborating with shipping companies, logistics providers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and tariff classifications.
• Tracking and managing inventory, including tank containers.
• Managing invoicing and notifying customers about shipment updates.
