Realty Management Services (Pvt) Ltd. RMS is the largest integrated facilities management service provider in Sri Lanka, offering services ranging from commercial and retail to residential property management.

Requirements

• Partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka, AAT, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification, with a sound knowledge of accounting standards, policies, and best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Executive or Finance Executive role.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, debtor management, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and collection of outstanding balances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations (PR) skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience in accounting software.
