Account assistant
To support our growing team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Account Assistant who is passionate about finance and detail-oriented in managing day-to-day accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
- Record accounts payable and receivable
- Process and verify invoices
- Coordinate with auditors for TAX and VAT matters
- Assist in annual financial audits
- Track bank deposits and outgoing payments
- Plan, manage, and oversee all accounting elements
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
