Accounting Associate and Accounts Officer

Role Summary

Polycrome is an ISO certified company manufacturing high-quality electrical products, lighting, and cable management systems. We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our team. This role will report to the Operations Business Partner.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Part qualification in CIMA or any other recognized accounting body.
• Experience in a manufacturing field will be preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of management accounting functions.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management techniques, stock counts, and variance reports.
• Experience in preparing budgets, variance analysis, management reports, and feasibility studies.
• Knowledge in product costing, cost management, and product pricing is preferred.
• Knowledge in advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI is an added advantage.
• Exposure to ERP/SAP Business One is a distinct advantage.

Factory (Katuwana Industrial Zone, Homagama)
