Role Summary

Accounts Executive: Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day financial operations, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assisting with reconciliations, internal controls, and audit activities.
  • Capable of independently handling duties ranging from basic accounting to financial reporting.
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet schedules.
  • Coordinating with staff to fulfill other requirements.
  • Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.

Accounts Executive: Qualifications

  • Fully qualified in AAT, part-qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA, or a degree in Accountancy from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to work with accounting software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Analytical and logical thinker with a positive attitude.

Accounts Trainee: Qualifications

  • Candidates with G.C.E. (A/L) in Commerce Stream, or a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, are eligible to apply.
