Accounts Assistant
The Ayati National Centre for Children with Disabilities, located in Ragama, provides unique and specialized services to children with various developmental disabilities. The Ayati Trust Sri Lanka funds the day-to-day operations of the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain petty cash float and financial records.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts and annual audits.
- Support day-to-day finance and administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or part qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- AAT / CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA part qualification will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous accounting experience will be an added advantage.
