Role Summary

Dabindu Collective is a non-profit organization established in 1984 that advocates for the protection and promotion of women workers' rights in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) of Katunayake and other industrial areas. The organization focuses on gender-based violence, rights of women workers, LGBTQ+ persons, and sex workers, including the right to living wages and sexual and reproductive health rights.

Requirements/Qualifications

Partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA / HNDA or any other equivalent qualification (Graduate from a reputed University).
Qualified in AAT or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of one year of experience in an audit firm or Non-Government Organization will be an added advantage.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly required with good communication skills in English (written and oral).
Ability to analyze variances and reconcile finance data.
Excellence in working with QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
Age preferred below 35 years.
This position is open only to female candidates residing in Gampaha District.

Location

Work locations are Katunayake & Biyagama, with the ability to work in outstations as well.
