Role Summary

Uga Chena Huts – Yala is seeking an Accountant to lead the daily financial operations of the resort. We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to ensure accurate numbers and seamless daily accounting.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the luxury hospitality or premium resort sector.
Deep Operational Knowledge: Expertise in complex budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Strategic Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with the ability to act as a team player.
Empathetic & Visionary Leadership: Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic leadership style.
Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part qualification in professional membership (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
