Executive - Accounts and HR

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Executive – Accounts & HR. The ideal candidate will provide support in finance, human resources, and office administration while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reports.
  • Assist in processing supplier payments and liaise with banks, vendors, and other service providers.
  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Human Resources

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, exit formalities, and general HR administration.
  • Assist with payroll administration and related documentation.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain employee records.

Office Administration

  • Manage front office operations, office logistics, and general administration.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facilities, and provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, HR, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
