Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Executive – Accounts & HR. The ideal candidate will provide support in finance, human resources, and office administration while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reports.
- Assist in processing supplier payments and liaise with banks, vendors, and other service providers.
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Human Resources
- Coordinate employee onboarding, exit formalities, and general HR administration.
- Assist with payroll administration and related documentation.
- Prepare employment-related documentation and maintain employee records.
Office Administration
- Manage front office operations, office logistics, and general administration.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facilities, and provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, AAT, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, HR, or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
