Location & Schedule

Location: Athurugiriya / Malabe, Western Province, SL
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (U.S. Business Hours)
- 6 PM – 11 PM: Office
- 11 PM – 2 AM: Remote

Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day transaction entry, ledger maintenance, and chart-of-accounts structuring for U.S. clients.
Bank & CC Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for multiple high-volume bank, credit card, and payment gateway accounts.
Accounts Payable via Bill.com: Oversee digital invoice capture, 3-way matching, approval routings, vendor inquiries, and scheduled payments.
Client & Vendor Communication: Communicate directly and professionally with U.S. executives, accountants, and vendors via email and phone.
Financial Accuracy: Ensure month-end closing schedules and client deliverables are met accurately and strictly on time.

Academic & Professional: B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance, OR partially qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA (AAT Finalists welcome).
Practical Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, A/P, or accounting (exposure to U.S./BPO workflows is an advantage).
Software Expertise: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop). Experience using Bill.com is a distinct plus.
Communication Skills: Fluent spoken and written English for regular correspondence with U.S.-based counterparts.
Hybrid Night Shift: Comfortable with the split routine (6 PM – 11 PM on-site in Athurugiriya/Malabe; 11 PM – 2 AM remote from home).
Home Infrastructure: Reliable high-speed home internet and laptop power backup for seamless remote shift completion.
