Finance Executive (Accounts Payable)

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match to POs & delivery notes
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain supplier accounts and records
• Process expenses, payments (BACS), and cashbook entries
• Handle supplier queries via email and phone
• Support month-end activities and reporting
• Maintain accurate purchase ledger records
• Provide general finance admin support

Requirements/Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience
• Academic Qualifications: BSc in Accounting or Finance, or partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA

Location

Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka

Salary/Benefits
