CASH COLLECTOR

Role Summary

Lifeconnect Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Hemas Pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Cash Collector to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence in healthcare logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding customer payments while achieving weekly collection targets.
• Deposit daily cash and cheque collections with accurate supporting documentation.
• Verify cheque validity, signatures, and compliance with company credit policies.
• Follow up and resolve returned cheques within the required timeline.
• Negotiate payment plans and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Credit team regarding overdue and on-hold customer accounts.
• Support effective debtor management and contribute to maintaining healthy cash flow.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or a customer-facing role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid Sri Lankan riding licence for a motorcycle (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
