Associate Manager - Accounts Receivable (O2C)

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager - Accounts Receivable (O2C) to join a leading multinational organization and play a key role in optimizing cash flow and credit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable (O2C) and credit control functions.
• Drive customer collections while minimizing credit risk.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as DSO and BPDSO.
• Ensure SAP O2C process compliance and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve collection targets and enhance cash flow performance.
• Prepare reports and provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Order-to-Cash (O2C), preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or part qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP O2C is a distinct advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
