Manager - Actuarial

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support pricing of life insurance products and evaluation of sales compensation schemes
- Assist in product design and development, including documentation and specifications
- Prepare regulatory filings and group approval documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new and existing product initiatives
- Present product insights and recommendations to management
- Contribute to UAT and system validation for newly developed products
Candidates are required to have
- Degree in Statistics or Mathematics from local / foreign university
- Full or part qualification from a recognised actuarial professional body approved by the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL)
- Minimum 05 years of work experience in similar capacity
- Comprehensive knowledge of actuarial reporting and pricing
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
