Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing of life insurance products and evaluation of sales compensation schemes
• Assist in product design and specification documentation
• Develop regulatory filing disclosures and approval documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new and existing products
• Present and explain new products to management
• Support the Pricing Head in all actuarial aspects of product development

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge on actuarial reporting
• Bachelor's degree (1st or 2nd class) in a mathematical science
• 5+ years’ experience in an actuarial function
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial and business acumen
• Team development and mentoring skills
