Role Summary

Maliban Wovens (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated and committed individual to join our team. We seek an innovative professional with a passion for excellence to take on the challenges of this administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement of food ingredients and daily necessities for the kitchen and welfare shop.
  • Ensure the timely supply of meals and materials for daily operations.
  • Prepare daily dispatch schedules and monitor daily canteen costs.
  • Maintain and process daily transactions through the WFX system.
  • Prepare monthly purchasing summaries and Canteen & Welfare Shop Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
  • Monitor kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene standards, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the cafeteria, welfare shop, and kitchen facilities.
  • Coordinate procurement of vegetables, meat, gas, groceries, and other meal supplies.
  • Manage welfare shop inventory, perform month-end stock verification, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and submit purchase bills for costing, settlement, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meal arrangements for the Chairman, Managing Director, Directors, and other management personnel.
  • Work with Finance and Purchasing Departments to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely payments.
  • Supervise cooks, helpers, and welfare staff.
  • Coordinate meal arrangements for employees residing in company hostels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company operational standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Administration, Purchasing, Welfare, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of inventory management and purchasing procedures; strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Systems: Experience working with ERP/WFX systems will be an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent planning, coordination, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, high level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
