Student Enrollment Executive at Horizon Campus

Role Summary

Horizon Campus is a reputed Higher Education provider recognized as a Degree Awarding non-state Higher education Institute by the Ministry of Higher Education in Sri Lanka. We are seeking talented, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students, answering queries and providing information about programs.
• Coordinate and maintain the student application and admission process.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to achieve set enrolment targets.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in student enrollment, admissions, or a similar field.
• Professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized university or institution.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil is an advantage.
• Ability to track and report on recruitment progress and student applications to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of MBA and degree programs is an added advantage.

Location

Main Campus in Malabe.

Salary/Benefits

Remuneration will be based on industry norms and will be inclusive of an attractive incentive scheme upon achievement of sales targets.
