Student Enrolment Executive - Horizon Campus

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Student Enrolment Executives to join our team, specializing in recruiting students for overseas qualifications (UK/Australia/Malaysia).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospective students into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports.
• Represent the organization at exhibitions, schools, and other promotional events creating brand visibility.
• Plan and organise events aimed at increasing potential leads.
• Advise students on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Maintain a proactive and professional approach in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey.

Requirements

• A professional qualification in Marketing or a related field from a recognised university or institution.
• Prior experience in Australian education or student recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
• Track and report on recruitment progress and student applications to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
