Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through multiple communication channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with schools, A/L education providers, partners and other key stakeholders.
• Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote campus programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute enrolment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and enrolled students.
• Provide accurate, personalized guidance on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment.
• Plan and execute outreach activities to generate leads.

Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in customer handling, call centre operation, sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Excellent proficiency in English and either Sinhala or Tamil.
