Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement effective enrolment strategies to achieve annual student intake and programme revenue targets.
• Guide students on the enrolment process, including registration for lectures and completion of all administrative requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify and target prospective student segments.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end student registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment experience across all programmes.
• Provide prospective students with the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Management from a recognised educational institution or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience in student management and student counselling will be an added advantage.
• Be sales-minded, self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Be a good team player.
