Position: Afterhours Consultant – Sri Lanka (Remote Work)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Afterhours Operations Coordinator to support our national afterhours operations for a leading Australian labour hire and recruitment agency. The successful candidate will ensure client staffing requirements are met and communications are accurately managed.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: LKR 55,000 per Month
- Additional Benefits: EPF & ETF Contributions + Wifi allowance
- Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (SLST), Three (3) Days Per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming candidate phone calls and provide professional assistance.
- Monitor and action afterhours emails from clients, candidates, and internal staff.
- Manage employee absenteeism and source replacement staff when required.
- Contact available candidates to fill urgent shifts and vacancies.
- Update FastTrack360, CRM systems, and rostering platforms accurately and in real time.
- Maintain accurate records of all afterhours activities and communications.
- Ensure all relevant information is documented and communicated to Australian-based consultants.
- Escalate urgent operational matters to management when required.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Support the smooth operation of afterhours labour hire activities across multiple client sites.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, web-based platforms).
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working overnight Sri Lankan hours.
- Willingness to learn recruitment, rostering, and labour hire processes.
- Note: No prior recruitment experience is required; full training provided.
