We are looking for a motivated and experienced Farm Supervisor to manage daily farm operations, ensure bird welfare, and drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily layer farm operations and staff activities
• Monitor birds' health, feed and water consumption, production, and other essential works of the farm
• Maintain farm hygiene and biosecurity standards
• Ensure proper records keeping of farm data in the system and documents
• Coordinate with management on farm performance and improvement plans

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Husbandry or Animal Science
• Minimum 2 years' experience in poultry or livestock management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage farm teams effectively
• Willing to work flexible work hours
