Agricultural Operations Supervisor

Role Summary

Jaya Farm is seeking motivated, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team as Farm Supervisors.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of two (02) subject passes in the Science Stream of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L), OR
• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination in any other stream.
• Candidates possessing Diplomas, Higher National Diplomas (HND), Degrees, or other recognized higher educational or professional qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Livestock Production, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of modern environmentally controlled broiler farms.
• Coordinate flock management activities to ensure optimum bird health, welfare, and productivity.
• Monitor feed inventory, feed distribution, and consumption to achieve efficient production.
• Maintain accurate production, health, mortality, and performance records.
• Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of farm equipment and environmental control systems.
• Implement and maintain farm biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the technical and veterinary teams to achieve production targets.

Location

Arachchikattuwa, Madurankuliya, and Agunawila farms.
