Are you an Agriculture undergraduate looking to gain hands-on field experience and make a real impact on Sri Lanka's farming community? Lankem invites enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate male/female undergraduates to join our internship programme and become part of our mission to promote Sri Lanka's only locally manufactured Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja).
Internship Locations:
- Anuradhapura
- Polonnaruwa
- Batticaloa
- Ampara
- Trincomalee
- Hambantota
What you will lead:
- Engage directly with farming communities.
- Promote the benefits of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer (Lankem Madaraja) to farmers.
- Visit and interact with a targeted number of farmers each day.
- Build practical knowledge of agricultural marketing and farmer engagement.
- Work closely with the Head Office team, with performance monitored throughout the internship.
