AGRICULTURE OFFICER - Live Plant & Foliage Export

Sathuta International (Pvt) Ltd, an export company dealing with foliage, flowers, live plants, trees, grass carpets, and fruits & vegetables, has an immediate vacancy at our Kurunegala Operations Center.

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; experience in agriculture or export is an advantage
• Practical experience in growing, maintaining, handling, and preparing ornamental plants and trees
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily nursery and agricultural operations
• Monitor plant growth, health, quality, watering, fertilisation, and pest and disease control
• Carry out plant selection, quality control, preparation, hardening, and packing for export
• Maintain production and stock records and coordinate with production and export teams to ensure timely dispatch
