Role Summary

Join our passionate team and be a key part of our Rose Cut Flower Project in Ramboda. Help us grow premium quality roses while building a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the rose cultivation project.
• Monitor and manage plant health, growth and pest & disease control.
• Implement best agricultural practices for rose production.
• Maintain accurate records of cultivation, inputs and outputs.
• Ensure quality standards and post-harvest handling of cut flowers.
• Support in planning, scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma / NVQ Level 4 in Agriculture / Horticulture or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in cut flower cultivation (especially roses) will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of soil management, irrigation, fertilization and pest control.
• Strong observation, record keeping and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work in Ramboda and in outdoor environments.
• Age below 40 years.
