AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer

Role Summary

Xitricon is seeking an AI Engineer to join the AI Platform Engineering department. This position focuses on creating and deploying sophisticated AI capabilities for enterprise-level platforms and specialized AI assistants. You will work at the intersection of large language models, data management, and enterprise systems to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement LLM-driven components and orchestration workflows, including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Develop RAG pipelines utilizing both structured and unstructured data.
• Connect AI functionalities with enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, and various APIs.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure all AI solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation protocols to track AI performance, costs, and quality.
• Support deployment across cloud or on-premise environments and work with governance teams to ensure explainability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in AI, data science, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Practical experience with LLMs (such as Gemini or Azure OpenAI) and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
• Understanding of MLOps/DevOps principles, including CI/CD and monitoring.
