• Collect data from CRM, WhatsApp, emails & call transcripts
• Format, clean, label & annotate data for AI / ML processing
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements/Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
• Highly organised and reliable
• Eager to learn — CRM / spreadsheet skills a plus

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: LKR 25,000 /mo
