Our client is one of the leading Higher Educational companies which is located in Malabe.
Job Description
- Develop and execute SLIIT's AI transformation roadmap aligned with institutional strategy, focusing on academic excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases across faculties and administrative departments.
- Lead AI-driven process improvement initiatives by automating repetitive tasks, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and improving stakeholder experiences.
- Collaborate with academic and research teams to promote AI adoption, support AI-related projects, and facilitate industry-academia partnerships in emerging technologies.
- Establish AI governance, data management, compliance, and ethical AI practices to ensure responsible and secure deployment of AI solutions.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, solution providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver AI projects on time and within budget.
- Drive organizational change management, awareness programs, and capability-building initiatives to enhance AI literacy and adoption among staff and students.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital transformation, technology management, data analytics, AI, or innovation-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technology-enabled transformation projects and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation platforms, data governance, and emerging digital technologies.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and change management skills.
