Qualifications
- Completed an Airline Ticketing course from a recognized institution (e.g., IATA)
- Amadeus knowledge is required
- Previous experience in airline ticketing/travel industry is an advantage
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work responsibly and as part of a team
- Managerial experience in airline ticketing/travel operations is an added advantage
