Role Summary

TOP PRIORITY: Native Android development – strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production Android apps, including GPS/location tracking and offline-first sync, is essential.

• Kotlin / Java (native Android)
• Jetpack Compose / Android SDK
• Flutter / React Native (cross-platform)
• Retrofit / REST API integration
• GPS & Location Services (background tracking)
• Room / SQLite (offline-first data sync)
• Firebase (Push Notifications, Crashlytics)

Requirements

• Proven experience publishing apps to Google Play Store
• Solid Kotlin/Java + Android SDK experience
• Experience with Flutter or React Native a plus
• Experience with GPS/location tracking & background services
• Familiarity with REST API integration (Retrofit/OkHttp)
• Understanding of offline-first data sync patterns
• Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics) experience a plus
• Logistics / Fleet management domain experience a plus
