Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd is a leading intimate apparel manufacturer seeking a dynamic Production Manager to oversee garment production operations, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery at our Peliyagoda facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations to achieve production targets
- Plan and monitor production schedules for timely order completion
- Supervise production supervisors and line teams
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources
- Monitor production KPIs and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain workplace safety and compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of garment production processes and production planning
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
