Application Engineering Manager for Steam Accessories and Spare Parts

Role Summary

Lalan Engineering is seeking motivated and technically sound professionals to promote and support the sale of Steam Accessories & Spares, including Steam Traps, PRV, PRS, and Condensate Recovery Systems. The role involves application engineering, client engagement, and delivering energy-efficient solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications

Manager Position

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / NDT/NDES/HNDE/City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering).
• 5 to 8 years in Sales & Marketing of Steam Traps, PRV, PRS & Condensate Recovery Systems.
• Proven experience in team management, sales planning, budgeting, and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive growth and achieve targets.

Application Engineer Position

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / NDT/NDES/HNDE/City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering).
• 1 to 2 years in Sales & Marketing of Steam Traps, PRV, PRS & Condensate Recovery Systems.
• Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Steam Audits and suggesting improvements.
• Knowledge of Steam Distribution and preparing reports for Energy Conservation.
• Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies.
• Application knowledge, presentation skills, and strong communication/negotiation abilities.
