What you will do
- Executing rollout & implementation projects related to Cybersecurity.
- Conducting phishing campaigns on the selected customers & analyzing results.
- Contribute to the Security Awareness campaigns of the selected customers overseas.
- Investigate customer-reported incidents and fulfill service requests in Security Awareness domains.
- Preparing & maintaining internal services documents and knowledge articles related to projects/domains.
- Perform periodic checks and monitor real-time operational systems to identify issues proactively.
If you are
- A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related degree.
- Minimum 2 year experience in Application Support.
- Able to manage customer expectations under challenging circumstances.
- Good presentation skills & ability to drive meetings professionally.
- Dynamic & willing to take challenges to cater the customer base with full potential.
- Having exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS is beneficial.
- Willing to work on a roster basis to cater different regions & timezones of the globe.
