Role Summary

JF Aqua (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Jaya Farm and a well-established shrimp farming company. We are looking for a suitable dynamic person to fill the position of Shrimp Hatchery Technician.

Location

Ambakandawila – Chilaw

Qualifications

• Diploma or NVQ certificate in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 01-year experience in a shrimp hatchery or aquaculture environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Shrimp hatchery monitoring, larval production, water quality monitoring, and feeding monitoring.
• Monitor water quality parameters and maintain optimal hatchery conditions.
• Follow biosecurity, hygiene, and disease prevention protocols.
• Night duties.
