Role Summary:
HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers. We are looking for a Manager – AR Collections (Allergy) to take ownership of our collections operations, driving team performance, strengthening client relationships, and improving cash flow through effective accounts receivable management.
What You Will Own
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AR Collections team to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Drive collection performance by ensuring productivity, turnaround time (TAT), quality, and client SLAs are met.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present operational reports, management information (MI), and performance updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management in collaboration with HR.
- Promote continuous learning by identifying training needs and supporting coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HIPAA, ISO, and other regulatory and quality standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with the organization's CREDO values.
- Support Information Security (ISMS), Business Continuity (BCMS), Privacy Information Management (PIMS), and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or HND from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 4 years in a people management role.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Allergy billing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and the end-to-end RCM process.
- Hands-on experience with AMD and IMS systems is required.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of key operational metrics, including Turnaround Time (TAT), Collection Performance, Productivity, Quality, and Client SLAs.
- Sound knowledge of HIPAA, ISO, and other applicable compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Sri Lanka
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days/week in office
- Work Hours: 7.30PM to 4.00PM (Night Shift)
