Role Summary

HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers. We are looking for a Manager – AR Collections (Hospital) to take ownership of our collections operations—driving team performance, strengthening client relationships, and improving cash flow through effective accounts receivable management.

What You Will Own

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing AR Operations teams.
  • Manage assigned AR portfolios to maximize collections and improve client cash flow.
  • Drive daily productivity, collection TAT quality, and SLA performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance, and implement process improvements.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights to clients and leadership.
  • Plan staffing, allocate resources, and support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO, SOPs, and organizational policies.
  • Identify training needs and promote continuous learning and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND from a recognized institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including 6+ years in people and account management.
  • 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in both Hospital and Physician Billing using Epic.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale AR operations, driving collections performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM, AR follow-up, denials, and healthcare billing workflows.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-specialty hospitals or integrated health systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ISO, and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
