Role Summary
Architect position at China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of marketing, tender and design proposals for major construction and development projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, presentations, design studies and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants and other disciplines during the tender and pre-construction stages.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, renders and presentation materials.
- Support the preparation of project submissions, design alternatives, value engineering proposals and client presentations.
- Review and coordinate architectural information to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from a recognized university.
- A Chartered qualification will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max or equivalent), and Rendering/Visualization software.
