Role Summary

We are hiring for 15 positions across the following roles: Project Architect, Junior Architect, Architectural Technologist, and Structural Engineer. These are client-facing roles involving live London-based residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience (graduates welcome).
• Relevant architecture or engineering degree.
• Strong Revit and/or AutoCAD skills.
• Proficiency in Sketchup or Rhino 3D modeling.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• UK experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Architect: RIBA Stages 2-5, planning packages, and design development.
• Junior Architect: Design support, drafting, and 3D modeling.
• Architectural Technologist: Technical detailing, building regulations, and Revit documentation.
• Structural Engineer: RC, Steel, Timber to Eurocode, UK National Annexes, Tekla/ETABS.
• General: Presenting to UK clients via Teams/Zoom and discussing projects with UK planning authorities and building control.

Location

Colombo Studio with a 2-year path to move to London.
