Role Summary
Grand Apartments (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior MEP Draftsman/Coordinator to join our team for high-rise residential condominium projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using Revit based on design specifications.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct quantity take-offs for MEP-related materials and assist in cost estimation.
- Review and adjust shop drawings to align with architectural and structural plans.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related discrepancies between design and site conditions.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications and final project updates.
- Work under tight deadlines to deliver accurate and timely drawings and coordination reports.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a local condominium construction or consulting firm specializing in MEP drafting and coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, MEP drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to work with BIM workflows including clash detection, model coordination, naming/version control, and to extract schedules or quantities from the BIM model.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical layouts.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
