Draftsperson / Drafter - Architectural Drafting Services

Location: Sri Lanka

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsperson / Drafter to join our team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate drawings within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Convert sketches, concepts, and mark-ups into clear technical drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes and client feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to support project delivery.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, organised, and completed on time.
• Maintain high drafting quality and comply with project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting principles and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, and Revit.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior drafting experience will be an advantage.
