Role Summary

Kurunegala Plantations Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Area Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Area Superintendent: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Science/Plantation Management/Business Management + 5 years experience (or Diploma + 8 years experience). Internal candidates require 5 years as Assistant Superintendent.
• Assistant Superintendent: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Science/Plantation Management/Business Management + 3 years experience (or Diploma + 5 years experience, or GCE O/L + 10 years experience).
• Age limit: Not more than 45 years (does not apply to internal candidates).
• Added qualifications: Experience in Coconut/Rubber Plantation Management, Crop Diversification, Industrial Relations, and Computer use.
